Set Email Signature

To setup your email signature, follow the directions below:

  1. Login to to your webmail account (i.e. webmail.yourdomain.com)
  2. Click the "Settings" (cog/gear) icon at the top right. 
  3. Choose the "Mail" category in the left-hand side menu. 
  4. Scroll down, if neccesary, and you should see the section titled "Signatures". 
  5. Press the "Add New Signature" button to open the signature editor popup. 
  6. From here you can enter a name for your signature, as well as edit the content of the signature. 
  7. Hit "Save" when you're done composing your signature.
