To setup your email signature, follow the directions below:
- Login to to your webmail account (i.e. webmail.yourdomain.com)
- Click the "Settings" (cog/gear) icon at the top right.
- Choose the "Mail" category in the left-hand side menu.
- Scroll down, if neccesary, and you should see the section titled "Signatures".
- Press the "Add New Signature" button to open the signature editor popup.
- From here you can enter a name for your signature, as well as edit the content of the signature.
- Hit "Save" when you're done composing your signature.
